March 2013. A month that will most likely keep you from the seeing the sun for awhile. There are so many games coming out its insane. Its going to be one of those months that break the bank for many gamers. So what should you spend your hard-earned money on? I'll tell you what games are coming out, and what games I plan on buying (and reviewing) so you can be more informed.
Gears of War: Judgement (Xbox 360) - GOW Judgement is set a few years prior to the other GOW games. It has new multiplayer modes, and better combat system as well.
Tomb Raider (PS3, XBox 360) - A reboot of a classic franchise. More gritty, more mature, more fun.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Wii U, 3DS) - Capcom's most popular franchise in Japan is coming over for the first time in HD.
Naruto Powerful Shippuden (3DS) - A new side scrolling adventure featuring cute chibi like characters from the Naruto franchise
Castlevania: Lord of Shadows Mirror of Fate (3DS) - 25 years after Lord of Shadows, Mirror of Fate picks up the story. New weapons, multiple characters to play, and new abilities to purchase and upgrade.
God Of War: Ascension (PS3) - The next game in PlayStation's popular God Of War series. For the first time to the franchise, Ascension brings multiplayer fun to the table.
Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory (PS3) - A fantastic JRPG centered around saving the Gamindustri from the Seven Sages.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 (PS3, Xbox 360) - The next game in the Ultimate Ninja series, UNS3 promises to be the most immersible Naruto game yet.
Need For Speed: Most Wanted (Wii U) - Need For Speed makes its debut on the Wii U, with enhanced graphics, and the ability to be played on the gamepad.
Army Of Two: The Devils Cartel (PS3, XBox 360) - A great co-op 3rd person shooter, featuring new modes to take down the Mexican drug cartel.
Pandora's Tower (Wii) - A JRPG with an amazing story of a young women who is transforming into a grotesque beast, and your struggle to prevent that from happening. Action-orientated game play is sure to make this game a whole lot of fun.
Bioshock Infinite (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) - The 3rd installment in the wonderful Bioshock series. Set in a new world with a whole new story. More guns, more magic, more freakish action that Bioshock does so well.
Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm (PC) - The next add-on to S2: Wings of Liberty. New units to command and deploy.
SimCity (PC) - If your a fan of building your own city, and pretending to be God, then SimCity is perfect for you.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gate to Infinity (3DS) - Play as 5 fan-favorite Pokemon and explore ever-changing dungeons, battle other Pokemon, make friends with other Pokemon, or just explore the beautiful world Pokemon is known for.
Dead Or Alive 5 Plus (PSVita) - DOA 5 makes me debut on the Vita, bringing new fighting styles and moves.
Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk (PS3) - Just when you thought all hope was lost, you find out that your sister is still alive. A JRPG thats centered around the art of alchemy.
Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 (PS3, Xbox 360) - The 2nd installment in the Sniper Ghost Warrior series. SGW2 makes sniping more realistic with new and more realistic way to take out enemies from afar.
LEGO City: Undercover (Wii U) - Essentially Grand Theft Auto, but with LEGO's. You play as a cop in a huge open world environment, preventing and stopping crime whenever you can.
The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct (PS3, Xbox 360) - A survival zombie game based off of the hit TV show.
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (3DS) - Luigi's back in action, once again to suck-up those pesky ghost that just can't leave the mansion alone. A sequel to the fantastic GameCube game.
Yikes. That is a ton of games to come out in only 1 month. And I'm sure I've missed a few too. The games that I plan on buying are Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Tomb Raider, Pandora's Tower, Bioshock Infinite, Hyperdimension Neputania Victory, Luigi's Mansion, and possibly LEGO city. So stay tuned for the reviews for these games. I'll try to keep you all up-to-date on how I'm progressing through the games.
